MeCan Trade Seller
A. Mecan Trade Seller Registration

Step 1: Select 'I want to sell'.

Step 2: Fill in all details and create account.

Step 3: Verify your account through activation email sent to your email inbox.

Step 4: After email is verified, click on "Get Started" to login.

Step 5: Fill in Basic Information and business profile.

Step 6: Fill in Banking Details for submission.

Step 7: Submit and wait for approval.

Step 8: Seller will receive email after MeCan Trade Admin approved the application. Click on the link provided in the email.

B. Product Uploading

Step 1: Brand Setting, click on "+New Brand".

Step 2: Fill up all the information and click "Save". Please wait for MeCan Trade Admin to approve the Brand.

Step 3: Brand Category Setting. While waiting for Brands to be approved by Mecan Trade Admin, seller may add the brand category list.

Step 4: Add new product. Once the Brand is approved, Seller can add products. Click on "+New Product".

Step 5: Select the product's category.

Step 6: Fill up all Product Basic Info

Step 7: Fill up all Product Configuration

Step 8: Drop the photo files and click Submit. Please wait for MeCan Trade Admin to approve the product.

C. Order Management

Step 1: Seller will receive an Order Email.

Step 2: Brand owners log in to Mecan Trade.

Step 3: Click on "Package"

Step 4: Select Package ID

Step 5: Change order Status to "Ready to ship" and key in invoice number.

Step 6: Print invoice and letter of consignment.

Step 7: Brand owner to pack order.

Step 8: Drop off to logistic drop off point/pick up by logistic.

D. Cancellation

Mecan Trade has you covered. Cancellations will be managed by Mecan Trade via case to case basis. In terms of cancellation related enquiries, please contact us at customercare@mecan.trade.

E. Product Return

Mecan Trade has you covered. Product Return will be managed by Mecan Trade via case to case basis. In terms of product return related enquiries, please contact us at customercare@mecan.trade.

F. Refund

G. Mecan Wallet

Step 1: Payment will be displayed in Mecan Wallet upon every successful transaction/ product is delivered.

Step 2: Sellers are required to click on “Withdraw” In order to do withdrawal.

Step 3: Please allow 5 working days for the money to transfer into the seller's banking account.

MeCan Trade Buyer
A. Mecan Trade Buyer Registration

Step 1: Select 'I want to buy'.

Step 2: Fill in all the details.

Step 3: Verify your account through activation email sent to your email inbox.

Step 4: After email is verified, click on "Get Started" to login.

Step 5: Logon to Mecan Trade.

B. Buy with us

Step 1: Shop by Categories or by Brand.

Step 2: Click on interested product.

Step 3: Add product to cart.

C. Payment

Step 1: After adding desired products to cart, click on Shopping Cart - Select - Continue to Review.

Step 2: Click on Continue to Shipping.

Step 3: Add address.

Step 4: Fill in all the shipping details.

Step 5: After adding shipping address, click on "Continue to Payment".

Step 6: Select your desire payment option and fill in all the payment details.

Step 7: Proceed to pay online.

Step 8: Request for OTP (One Time Password).

D. Cancellation

E. Product Return

Ambassador Programme
A. MeCan Trade Ambassador Registration

Step 1: Select Join our White Label Program.

Step 2: Fill in all the store details according to preferences.

Step 3: Fill in basic information and business profile.

Step 4: Fill in personal banking details for submission.

Step 5: Your application has been submitted and to be approved by Seller.

B. Store Configuration (After Approval)

Step 1: Select Theme.

Step 2: Fill in all the information.

C. Product Selection & Configuration

Step 1: Browse products in Mecan Trade.

Step 2: Select your desire products and apply distribution.

Step 3: Approval will be granted by each individual Brand Owner.

Step 4: Product configuration can be edited in Admin Portal.

D. Shipping & Delivery

As a Mecan Plus Seller, you do not have to worry about the shipping and delivery as it is all covered by Mecan Trade. Meanwhile, you will be able to monitor the progress under User Portal.

E. Cancellation

Mecan Trade has you covered. Cancellations will be managed by Mecan Trade via case to case basis. In terms of cancellation related enquiries, please contact us at customercare@mecan.trade.

H. Mecan Wallet

Step 1: Login and scroll down to Mecan Wallet under Manage My Account.

Step 2: Under Mecan Wallet, you will be able to monitor the transactions and Trade Rebate payout by the Brand Owners to you of every successful transaction made in Mecan Trade.


*Please note that every Trade Rebate payout will be directly reflected in Mecan Wallet upon successful transactions/product is delivered.
